Update: All areas are fully restored except for Petross. We are having to totally rebuild that tower. The destruction of that size was horrendous and the cleanup efforts were a major challenge trying to get all of the trees and old Tower sections cleared out . The new tower was delivered at the end of last week and construction is scheduled to begin Monday. We were not able to find the exact tower in an effort to be able to utilize the existing infrastructure. With that being said the site has to be Re-Engineered which requires New foundations for the tower and guy anchors. We hope to have the foundation completed within 2 weeks and once that is done it only takes a few days to build the tower.

We really appreciate everyone's patience during this difficult time and please understand that we are working as hard as we can to get service restored as quickly as possible!

Billing Update:

Our Billing system is automated from a cloud service which we are unable to reach at this. Rest assured that if you get an invoice or you are setup for autopay and your account gets debited we will credit those accounts back as soon as we can regain access. I apologize for not giving many updates on where things are, as most of you know we also support all local Emergency Services 2-way Radio Communications in the area through Hub Electronics and we have been non-stop the last week getting those services back up so they can communicate.

With that being said our major issue right now is our Backhaul Fiber provider has many outages as part of their network is aerial. I spoke with them yesterday and they are trying to get us a temporary connection by the first of the week.

All of the towers are in good condition except for Petross which is a total loss but we have secured another tower and have a tower crew that plans to start construction to rebuild in two weeks. Also the tower off Lent Stephens is damaged but not a complete loss and should be repaired fairly quickly.

All of the water tank sites that we have in the City of Vidalia looked to be in good shape as we have been testing microwave links. The Backhaul fiber is still the issue as of right now to get them back online.

Our office will be closed until further notice as we have severe damage to the roof and the Electrical Weather head was damaged due to falling trees and Ga Power can't restore power until its repaired.

We appreciate your patience during this difficult our guys are tirelessly working try to restore service as quickly as possible along with trying to deal with their personal situations at home.

We would also like to thank all of our Great Customers for giving us the opportunity to serve you! I know sometimes we have a few bumps in the road, but my promise to you is you will not find a local internet company that will work harder to provide personal customer service to get you up and going!

My goal when I started this company was to provide High Speed internet to customers in rural areas that had none and to provide local customer service second to none! Thank You and God Bless each and everyone of you!

Two new Micro Pop towers going up in the Quail Ridge Subdivision, High Speed Internet service will be available at the first of the year.
Call 537-8880 to sign up!

If you do not have high speed internet in Toombs County, but could get 10 other customers in your immediate area to sign up for service we'll look at installing a Micro pop tower on your land. Give me a call after Christmas to discuss.

Service in the Center /S Thompson Area will be down for approximately 2 hours starting around 2:15 PM today. We are moving all the tower equipment into the new building that has been built at the bottom of the tower. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Thanks for your understanding!

The Center Tower will have limited service until the weather clears and it's safe to climb. There is a microwave Backhaul Dish that needs to be realigned... Thanks for your understanding.

In preparation for Hurricane Irma our office will be closed Monday. For the safety of our employees and to give them the opportunity to be with their families, we will suspend all service calls starting Saturday evening at 7:00pm. Service calls will resume as soon as we feel it is safe for our techs to get out.... Thanks for your understanding during this time.
