Wells + Associates was pleased to be a sponsor for the Walsh, Colucci, Lubeley & Walsh, P.C. Golf Invitational benefiting Breakthrough T1D (formerly Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation/ JDRF) this year, held at The Country Club of Fairfax. Their charitable golf tournament is always a great time - a perfect way to begin the summer season.

Our Michael Workosky, Beverly Wagner, and Larry Sefcik, enjoyed the people, perfect weather, food, and auction. As usual, Larry with his classic attire! Thank you, Walsh Colucci, for the invitation to participate once again!

Transportation analyses in Fairfax County provide information to assist in the review of a land development applications.

Specifically, a ๐“๐ซ๐š๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ ๐ˆ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐š๐œ๐ญ ๐€๐ง๐š๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ (๐“๐ˆ๐€) ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ซ๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ ๐ข๐ง ๐…๐š๐ข๐ซ๐Ÿ๐š๐ฑ ๐‚๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐ฒ under conditions such as rezoning, proffer condition amendments, special exception applications, and special permit applications.

These analyses help understand the transportation needs and impacts of development in relation to users and the surrounding community.

Traffic Impact Analyses are to be submitted to the Fairfax County Department of Transportation (FCDOT) at the same time that applications are filed with the Fairfax County Department of Planning and Zoning (DPZ).
