Just wanted to share this again for any business who hasn’t completed their BOI filing. They have required all business owners who haven’t filed to do so by March 21st 2025 as the deadline.

If your business entity is registered with Ohio Secretary of State, or any other state, there are new federal guidelines that require you to register your entity with FINCEN.

Every business registered with the Secretary of State will need to file for FINCEN and do BOI reporting before the due dates below.
