WI-HER LLC Our Vision: To amplify the power and voice of individuals, communities, and institutions to drive sustainable change.

WI-HER, LLC (Women Influencing Health, Education, and Rule of Law) is a woman-owned small business delivering expert and state of the art practical and workable solutions to complex problems. Staff experience includes extensive knowledge and understanding of public health issues and emerging development needs globally. In addition to leadership and management, staff have experience in professional

and institutional capacity building and development, information systems for health and rule of law, Health and Legal Sector Reform, mHealth, procurement, public private partnerships, health financing, grants management, project design, implementation and monitoring and evaluation, service delivery and community based approaches. Staff have experience working for USAID, UN, Private Sector and the World Bank directly and also as implementing partners. Staff have proven ability to find solutions to address challenges that donors and implementing partners face globally. In addition to judicial training, staff have experience in maternal child health and nutrition, HIV/AIDS, non-communicable diseases and gender in Asia, LAC, Africa and Eastern Europe. Staff have extensive experience working with hard to reach populations and in conflict zones. WI-HER believes in the central role of gender relations and how they affect the achievement of sustainable results. WI-HER adopts a systems’ strengthening approach and brings health at the forefront as a tool for democracy and governance. Staff adopts an integrated multi-sectoral approach linking health with education; rule of law and agriculture to improving health outcomes and achieving sustained development.
