Yesterday I closed my second real estate deal.

I helped a single mother reduce her monthly housing expenses by 40% compared to what she was paying to rent an apartment.

Also, not only is she building equity in her own home, but her house has already been appraised at 17% more than what she paid for it!

Her new house is in a quiet, crime free neighborhood that just happens to be exactly two-tenths of a mile from the St Johns River, so she can go for a relaxing walk along its shores every night.
