If time-management is something you struggle with, try Time Blocking! 🗓

→ Write down your weekly to-do list
→ Allocate the time needed to complete each task
→ Prioritize tasks
→ Start blocking out your calendar with the most important tasks first, for the allotted amount of time. Don't forget to include breaks, transition time, and self-care!
→ Optional - add alarms to remind you it's time to switch gears and color code the blocks to make them easy to read.
