🎯 "It's okay to fail here. That's what we want."

That's what we tell every student on the range. Two hours in, everyone improved. Then we raise the challenge, you miss, we find out what to work on, and you get better. That's how real skill gets built, and it's the heart of the peacekeeper's journey.

Eight hours a year is the minimum, not the goal. Whether you're getting your license, renewing it, or keeping your armed security card current, we'll help you start strong and keep growing.

Three different training sessions coming up.

📍 FCC 8-Hour Range Day: Thursday, Nov 5 For armed security officers and those working toward becoming one. Check-in 10:45 AM, safety brief 11:00 AM sharp, live fire 1:00 PM. $150. This may be the last 8-hour FCC range day of 2026. Rentals are available when you call to reserve a fi***rm and holster.

📍 Illinois CCL Class: Nov 7 (9:00 AM) and Nov 8 (8:30 AM) Full 16-hour class, $125. No FOID? You can apply for your FOID and CCL at the same time. Fingerprinting is available at our office. Fi***rm rentals are available.

📍 Illinois CCL Renewal: Nov 8 at 8:30 AM 3-hour renewal, $75.

A license doesn't make you a peacekeeper. The right class with the right instructor starts that journey. Beginners are welcome, and we walk you through every step.

A license is the beginning. Judgment is what you build.

The September 15 Orland Park attempted-robbery incident is a sobering reminder: awareness, calm judgment, and restraint matter when a crisis unfolds. We won’t speculate about an ongoing investigation or draw conclusions from headlines. Responsible carry means understanding the law, prioritizing de-escalation, and protecting life.

That’s what training is for, not just a certificate, but the start of your Peacekeeper journey. We’ll guide you from your first class onward.

Our hearts are with the children, families, educators, and community affected by today’s school shooting in Oregon. There are no words that can make a tragedy like this easier.

No plan can remove every risk. But communities can prepare before a crisis, with thoughtful security planning, clear roles, prevention, de-escalation, and trained people ready to make lawful decisions with the protection of life as the priority.

That responsibility matters in every community, including houses of worship. Our House of Worship Security Training helps churches and ministries think through plans and prepare their teams with care and discipline.

For individuals beginning their own peacekeeper journey, our Illinois CCL class is November 7–8 in Oakbrook Terrace. New applicants: $125. Renewals: $70 on Sunday. The first class is a beginning. We’ll guide you forward with a focus on preparation, judgment, and responsible carry.

Recent violence in Orland Park and the school shooting reported in Oregon are sobering reminders of how quickly lives can be affected. Our thoughts are with everyone impacted.

We won’t speculate about ongoing investigations or turn tragedy into a talking point. A CCL is a starting point, not a finish line. Responsible carry takes preparation, awareness, sound judgment, restraint, and understanding your legal responsibilities. The goal is to protect life and avoid escalation whenever possible.

Your peacekeeper journey begins with training. We’ll guide you as you continue building the skills and judgment responsible carry demands.
