Camera Car - Job Description
Camera Car Driver position, you will drive a late-model, company-issued car in designated areas and locate vehicles that are subject to repossession. You will directly interact with our recovery agents, however you will NOT physically repossess the vehicle. Each car is equipped with in-cab computers so that you always have direct access to your team. Each vehicle is also equipped with DRN camera technology, which scans other vehicle license plates as you drive. This process helps you locate vehicles that are subject for repossession by our recovery agents; they handle the actual repossession, not you! You will also be issued a company-provided fuel card, so all work-related expenses are paid. This position pays a base hourly rate with the opportunity to make bonuses, based on performance, that can reasonably average between $8-$12/hour plus commission per car .

A self-starter with the drive and discipline to perform successfully under limited supervision.
A naturally curious soul. Someone who is willing to dig-in and take the extra step necessary to achieve success.
An excellent communicator. Knowledge is power and the ability to clearly communicate that information makes you a power-player in the field.
What you need:
To qualify, a clean driving record, be able to pass a drug screen and a background check and have the willingness to work in an industry that pays you directly in relation to how hard and smart you work.
You should also be willing to work hard to meet goals for success, which may include long hours, flexibility in shift and hours worked. Previous repossession, towing or truck driving experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is professional, detail oriented and ready to work. Excellent customer service skills, communication skills are a must. Computer skills a plus.
