Gotcha Security is a small and growing security company that provides surveillance systems, access controls, vehicle gates, and burglar/fire alarms to commercial clients throughout the Atlanta area. In our 4th year of business, we have doubled our sales each year by aggressive marketing and taking care of our clients. Our service technicians and installers are all full-time employees of Gotcha Security, and we have never laid anyone off due to a lack of work. Gotcha Security is looking for a talented individual to install and service security systems such as surveillance cameras, access control, burglar, and fire alarms.

If you have experience running conduit, cable, cutting strikes in, know how to wire in a REX, program an IP camera, etc, we want to hear from you!
Our office is in Villa Rica, but our field staff go directly to the job site from home. Field staff come to the office 1-2 times per month for parts and/or training.
Primary responsibilities:
· Meeting with clients to discuss symptoms, ensuring efficient and complete diagnosis of the client’s request
· Repairing/programming equipment to meet client’s expectations and Gotcha Security’s standards
· Update office on ticket status with all relevant information so that they can take the next step (order parts, create estimates, close ticket, etc.)
· Work independently to find solutions to ensure systems are meeting expectations and standards
· Stage installation equipment ensuring all equipment is programmed to Gotcha Security’s standards
· Maintain service expectations ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining Gotcha Security’s profit margins
Daily tasks may include:
· Program cameras, NVR’s, wireless devices, alarms, access control, VMS, networks
· Train clients on system use
· Follow up with clients on open issues
· Work at client’s site on surveillance systems, access control or burglar/fire alarms
· Assist installation teams
· Working with technical support to resolve open issues
· Configuring networks, IP addresses, subnets, wireless devices, cellular communicators, fire/burglar alarms, software
Gotcha Security will provide:

This is a highly technical position that involves programming/troubleshooting networks, fire alarm panels, and cellular communicators. It requires a strong understanding of technology. The ideal candidate for this position will be someone that
· Is passionate about technology and likes to be hands on
· Is a quick learner and can understand advanced concepts
· Has strong troubleshooting skills
· Has previous experience in a technological field such as IT
· Is willing to self-train using resources like the internet
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in related field
Working knowledge of construction principles
Must be able to communicate effectively
Ability to read and interpret work orders, SOP’s and safety rules
Possession or commitment to purchase required tools
Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
English literacy
