We are celebrating 40 years of service with Clara Young!
Recently we asked Clara, “how did you get into the propane business” and her story didn’t surprise us one bit…
“I worked at McDonald’s and the owner’s wife came in a few times a week for coffee. I remembered how she liked her coffee and if I saw her pull in the parking lot, I would have her coffee ready. She didn’t have to wait. She liked my customer service, and I wanted to do something more than McDonald’s”
Clara’s story is exactly why she has been in the propane industry for 40 years. She understands how our customers feel, she knows what they need, and, most importantly, she takes action to make sure they receive it.
Clara has always put others before herself—her family, coworkers, friends, and especially her customers. She will do absolutely anything she can to help, without hesitation. She treats every customer as if they were a member of her own family, making sure they feel valued, cared for, and taken care of.
That genuine compassion and commitment are what make Clara so special. Her decades of experience in propane are a testament to the kind of person she is: someone who leads with heart, serves others selflessly, and always goes the extra mile for the people who count on her.
