1842 day is approaching on September 29th, but our NROTC giving link is already open. Please consider donating to our battalion’s PJ Harrington fund by visiting the QR code above. The PJ Harrington fund supports all our battalion’s operations, including MECs, Navy Ball, and even MIDN scholarships. 1842 day is our main fundraising day for the year, so our battalion appreciates any and all donations.

This past weekend, we welcomed our new 4/C MIDN to the Villanova battalion upon completion of the India Company Crucible. The 4/C MIDN spent the last three weeks learning how to become Villanova NROTC MIDN through PT, drill, inspections (as pictured), and more. The crucible is a physically demanding, team-based workout and serves as the last evolution of India Company. Welcome to the battalion 4/Cs!

Today Villanova NROTC participated in our annual 9/11 memorial run with Army ROTC. We honored all the lives lost in the attacks, and paid special remembrance to Villanovans who died.

We also joined Villanova Veterans for a memorial event and planting flags at the Oreo in remembrance 25 years later. Never Forget.

SUMMER CRUISE SPOTLIGHT: NURSING CRUISES
Our nurse options went on cruises this summer to enhance clinical skills as well as get first hand experience in military healthcare. 1/C MIDN traveled to military hospitals and worked closely with nursing officers, while 3/C MIDN went aboard ships to work with corpsman.
