Rules:
Strikes can be issued at the end of the 2nd day (48 hours) day.l After auction ends if pickup or other arrangements have not been made at that time !
1. Pick up or agreed upon date and time of pickup required within 24 hours of end of auction and MUST be posted on thread. Any item not picked up in 2 days of action end MAY result in a strike. Exception: IF AND ONLY IF, seller agrees to a later pickup date.
2, A bid is a contract to buy. Bid retraction or deletions are not allowed and may result in permanent removal from this group. Exception, If you enter an incorrect bid amount retraction within 3 minutes is allowed
BUYERS a bid is a contract to buy. DO NOT BID IF you feel like you will not be able to complete the transaction within the allotted time frame.
3, NO run of the mill average clothes allowed. Exceptions work clothes, steel toed foot wear speciality items, large lots of clothing (minimum 20 pieces) all for one price. Will be up to the discretion of admin.
4. If a buyer fails to communicate or pickup after winning an auction, a strike will be issued. Three strikes will result in a 6 month removal from this group. Second time results in permanent removal.
5. SELLERS bump only twice (2 times) a day until final auction day, then one time hourly till within one hour of auction end, No limit on bumps during final hour of auction. DELETE ALL BUMPS IMMEDIATELY statements in the comment section by the seller for the purpose of bumping is NOT permitted. Listings with multiple bumps WILL BE DELETED BY ADMIN..
6. All pickups must be in Knox County, preferably in Vincennes on Knox County time.
Sellers MUST PROVIDE EXACT ENDING DATE AND TIME.
Sellers MUST provide a starting bid, even if it's 25 cents.
Sellers MUST provide pickup location requirements in listing.
Sellers, if there is a reserve amount, list it. Not the amount just that there's a reserve price.
Sellers post when reserve is met.(if it is met)
An auction with a reserve amount that receives NO BIDS may not be listed again with a reserve amount.
7, Sellers should end auction time when they can immediately tag winning bidder. Maximum 5 days 104 hours.

$2.00 MINIMUM bid increments up to $50.00

No bids in excess of $1,000,000,00.
These are MINIMUM bid amounts, there's no maximum amount.
Exception $,50 (fifty cent) bid increments entire auction on coins, paper money, precious metals, and silver.
9,Sellers remember this is an auction. Do not have a starting price of more than 50% of retail. If you must have more than that percentage do a reserve amount. When a seller realists an item starting price must be reduced by 25%. Exception relisting due to no pickup.
10. Sellers MUST remove or relist any auction without a bid within 24 hours of auction end time.
Sellers must remove listing upon pickup.
Sellers must advise admin at any time an item is not picked up after 2 days of action end
Reserve actions without a bid may not be relisted with reserve amount
Sellers reserve the right to relist, or offer to second highest bidder if item not picked up after 3 days or after agreed upon tome.
11.BUYERS AND SELLERS please use personal messaging to complete the transaction. This keeps the thread clean and your personal information from being shared. Please remember to post acknowledgment of win and pick up time on thread.
12, This is an auction site, no fixed amounts pricing. Exception Buy in now. In a buy it now auction the starting bid must be 50% or less of the buy it now price. After the second bid, the buy it now price option is null and void. A reserve amount is not allowed in this type of auction.
13. After the auction ends all communication between seller and buyer should be done through private messaging.
14. All auctions subject to early closing.
15. Bidding on item during last 5 minutes will extend auction by 4 minutes and 59 seconds. This eliminates snipping and last minute bids.
16. Hyperlinks and emoticons ARE NOT ALLOWED.
17. Mean, rude, nasty, profane, argumentative comments are not allowed and may result in permanent removal from this group.
18. Sellers allowed maximum of 10 active auctions.
