🔍 What Can a Spiral System Inspection Reveal?

Recently, our team completed a comprehensive inspection of eight spiral systems at a major bakery production facility.

While the systems were still operating, the inspection uncovered several issues that could have led to significant downtime if left unaddressed:

⚠️ Broken welds
⚠️ Damaged belt sections
⚠️ Bull chain stretch approaching critical limits
⚠️ Chain engagement issues with sprocket tooth segments
⚠️ Missing bar caps
⚠️ Broken track caps
⚠️ Belt alignment concerns
⚠️ Lubrication and oil condition issues

These findings are exactly why preventive maintenance inspections are so important.
