What the Schedule/ Location looks like:
- In-Home Care: CNA's travel to the client's personal residences
- CNA's needed in all areas of Utah County
- Not a facility or group home
- No schedule/shift requirements
- No minimum hour requirement
- PRN positions available for CNA's and caregivers
- Shifts are usually 1-2 hours long
-CNA's may see multiple clients in a day

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Vaccinated for COVID strongly preferred/encouraged (due to client request)

Stonebridge Home Care is a personal care company dedicated to promoting safety, independence and comfort in our clients’ homes. Our amazing CNA’s travel within a localized area to help our clients with the following activities:
- Bathing assistance
- Restroom assistance
- Ambulation/transfers for limited mobility
- Personal Hygiene Cares
- Light Housekeeping
-Meal preparation
-Companionship
Terms and Conditions for Holiday Offer: The extra rate is per shift and not per hour. You will receive your regular hourly wage for the hours spent at the shift and then an additional $1-4 dollars will be added on for the entire shift (not each individual hour within the shift). Most of our shifts are only 1-2 hours at a time so this is still an excellent deal. Coverage on official holidays only qualifies for time and a half reimbursement. We do not do time and a half plus additional offers for the official Holidays. The Holiday Deal only applies to the dates listed prior to and after the actual holidays.
The amount of extra reimbursement per shift is left up to our Patient Care Coordinator staff whom will use best judgement and necessity on a case by case scenario to determine the appropriate amount for each shift. Extra rates will not be up for negotiation or debate.
