I start with a deep DE cluttering of the home or rooms needed, collecting trash, sorting of important mail, documents, collectibles, etc while working alongside the client in a "speedy" process as well as setting aside articles for donation to clear the room/space(s). Upon completion, a Deep Cleaning of the room is done including, vacuuming, sanitization, removal of mold/mildew/grime, home ventila
ted, dusted, new replacement items ordered as needed per situation. If an inventory has been taken of food choices in the kitchen client may be include a nutritional consult within their plan where they will be introduced to plant based eating according to their dietary needs and cravings. (Yum!) A Grocery budget will be created on-site and an off-site grocery run for a meal plan will be incorporated into the schedule. The client is left with an open, airy, and clean home with tips to maintain it. Tips to create a safe space within the home to clear their heads from time to time and how yoga and/or meditation can help them stay grounded and consistent throughout the home and within their bodies. The client may opt for ongoing cleaning services offered on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. (At some point a cleaning team will be dispatched)
A 6 month and a 1 year follow up will be completed with the client to track and encourage their progress and success while focusing on their specific motivation.
