The Business Incubation Center provides opportunities for aspiring business owners to gain the skills, knowledge, and access to resources that will enable them to thrive in business. Participants involved in the Business Incubation Center receive more than classes. The support continues for personal development as well as on all aspects of starting and running a business. The program is designed t

o develop and launch companies in a manner that will encourage the growth of personal and financial assets for low-income citizens, and ensure a positive economic impact on the Roanoke area. Program staff works directly with individuals to develop unique strategies tailored to the specific skills, support systems, financial needs, and business knowledge held by each participant. Our program also includes development of life skills necessary to navigate personal challenges and encourage a healthy work-life balance. It is this individualized, whole-person approach that distinguishes this program from other incubators in the area, and it is this difference that will ensure the success of our client businesses.
