We just dropped a brake caliper bolt guide along with some fresh kits for pretty much every standard out there. Now live on our website.

But honestly, the one we’re most stoked about is a “quiet” release: our new wide-head caliper bolt. It solves a few headaches most people don’t even realize they have until they see the difference.

The wider integrated washer face isn’t just for looks, it’s about better load distribution, protecting your brake caliper tabs surface, and keeping everything perfectly aligned and stable under braking.

Most riders probably never think twice about their mounting hardware. But if you’re as obsessive about the details as we are, this is one of those small upgrades that just feels right once it’s on the bike.

Cold and rain again on the North Shore today, but last weekend felt like riding season isn’t that far away 🌲

Looking back at 2025, it’s been a wild ride. We’re lucky enough to provide the titanium hardware, but the riders and ambassadors we work with are the ones providing the highlights.

While we’re incredibly proud of everyone representing The Ti Bolt this year, we wanted to share a few standout moments from the crew:

making history in Zermatt with a World Champs Bronze (Canada’s first-ever elite XCC medal!) on top of sweeping her National titles. 🥉🇨🇦

proving she’s in a league of her own. She became the first woman to finish the full Mountain Race Series, including a massive win at the Silk Road Mountain Race. 🌍🏆

showing veteran composure as the youngest rider at Red Bull Rampage. Watching her secure 7th place in the desert was easily one of our favorite moments of the year. 🌵🤘

We also got to work on a special project with our good friend Hector, founder of . Seeing the bike we built, decked out in the Bicycle Nightmares Titanium Hardware – Collector’s edition, front and center in the booth for the 20th Anniversary of Crankworx Whistler was a huge milestone for us.

To the rest of the riders hitting local trails, pushing personal limits, and keeping us stoked: thank you for being part of this. We wouldn’t be here without the whole community.
