This mistake could cost you your business 😦

Yes! Not knowing when or how to delegate tasks could lead you to serious burn out which will result in mental fatigue, being short tempered and a serious case of mom guilt.

Let’s not allow you to get to that point. Instead, here’s what to do when you’re ready to delegate:

🧐 Decide which tasks to outsource.
We know some tasks must be done by you, but there are many that do not. These tasks that take up alot of your time and don’t require your presence in order to be completed are the ones you want to pass off.

✍🏾 Create SOPs.
Standard Operating Procedures are documented instructions on how to complete tasks that are to be done in your business. This is something your assistant can refer to when needing to complete a task.

👩🏾‍💼Hire a Virtual Assistant.
Hiring a resourceful and dependable VA that can manage several duties and responsibilities will help you avoid getting overwhelmed.

Real talk: It is NOT easy 😩

If you’re a 👩‍👧‍👦mom + business owner, you might sometimes feel like you never get anything done. Not gonna lie, I sometimes feel like that too.

⬇️Here’s what I learned by applying some of these tips in this post:

Being a productive mom and entrepreneur is a long term goal, not something that that you learn how to do overnight.
There were times when I cried because I didn’t know how I was going to survive my to do list. Once I started implementing some of these tips, Ive become much more organized and overall feel free mentally because now I’m super productive 😍💪🏾.

🗣YOU NEED TO REST GIRL!

Idk who invented the “no days off” mentality, but it’s a SCAM!❌ Working day in & day out only causes you to burn yourself out and runs your body into the ground.

The importance of having a successful business is to also have a healthy lifestyle. That includes taking some time for yourself. To relax, spend time with your family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, do some self care 🧖‍♀️, or even just giving your brain a break 😴.
