Meet one of our newest HRNG Members: "Hi, I’m Kara Redditt, Operations Manager with Virginia Surface Pros. We’re a local paving, concrete, and pavement maintenance company serving both commercial and residential customers throughout Hampton Roads.
We help with asphalt paving and repairs, sealcoating, striping, concrete work, crack filling, ADA compliance, bollard installation, speed bumps, and other pavement and property improvement projects. Whether someone manages a commercial property, owns a business, runs an HOA, or needs work done at their home, I’m always happy to be a resource.
I work throughout Suffolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and the surrounding Hampton Roads area. Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom of three, and I really enjoy networking, meeting local business owners, and building genuine relationships in the community.
I’m excited to be part of the group and look forward to getting to know everyone!"
Be sure to introduce yourself to Kara at an upcoming event!
