Wendy was thrilled to celebrate the ribbon cutting of past client, Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Virginia and their new Chesapeake Teen Center Powered by Family Dollar today. This organization (and their many generous investors) are giving kids their own space not just to hang out and be themselves but to learn, grow, and be exposed to all kinds of potential careers. What a wonderful milestone for Camp Holiday Trails!

Our Director of Marketing, Lorry DiCecco, was proud to represent The Curtis Group today at the ribbon cutting for Camp Holiday Trails’ new Med Korner and to join the Camp community in celebrating this exciting achievement.

The new Med Korner will help Camp continue providing a safe, welcoming and accessible experience for children and teens with medical needs. We are grateful to have been part of Camp’s journey and proud to be part of the Camp family.

In a new column published by The Virginian-Pilot and Daily Press, The Curtis Group Chairman and CEO Keith Curtis reflects on America's continued generosity, what nearly four decades working alongside nonprofit organizations have taught him about the impact of philanthropy and why broad participation in giving continues to matter.

It was wonderful to join VPM for the opening of its new downtown Richmond headquarters yesterday. Keith, Abby, and Lauren were thrilled to celebrate this milestone and see firsthand the impressive new space that will serve VPM and the community for years to come. The Curtis Group team is enjoying VFRI, especially connecting with current and former clients and new friends. Keith and Rachel loved presenting yesterday about how to use data and recent giving trends to strengthen donor relationships. Thank you to Abby Webster and the conference committee for two engaging days filled with excellent educational sessions. We are excited for the final day ahead.

A great few days in Kansas City at The Giving Institute Summer Symposium with Keith Curtis, Abby Webster, Hilary Fulp, and Rachel Kimble.

This year's theme, "Show Me Generosity," sparked thoughtful conversations about the future of philanthropy and fundraising while providing the opportunity to connect with colleagues from across the sector and learn from one another.

The experience also included a memorable evening at the National WWI Museum and Memorial, a powerful setting for reflecting on sacrifice, resilience, and collective responsibility.

A special thank you to Erik Tomalis, Janell J. Johnson, and the many committee volunteers and Giving Institute leaders whose time and dedication made this such a thoughtful and meaningful week.
