One of the most common questions we hear before someone books: "What happens if something gets damaged during the move?" Fair question, and an honest one deserves an honest answer.

It's rare. Our crew wraps and handles everything like it's going into their own home, not a truck. That care is a big part of why people trust us with the stuff that actually matters, furniture that's been in the family, things that can't be replaced.

And in the rare case something does get damaged, we don't disappear. We make it right.

The new house had a different outlet than the old one... an old mismatch nobody had caught. Which meant the dryer wasn't going to run once we drove off.

Most movers would've set it down, said "that's a you problem," and moved on to the next job. Ours didn't. One of our guys ran to the hardware store on his own time, grabbed the right part, and had the dryer running before he left the house.

It wasn't in the job description. It wasn't billed. It's just what happens when the people on your crew actually care whether your day goes well.

2️⃣ Get school enrollment paperwork moving early if you're switching districts.
3️⃣ Pack a "first week of school" box separately (uniforms, supplies, forms) so it's not buried under everything else.
4️⃣ Set up internet and utilities ahead of time. Nothing throws off a new routine like day one with no Wi-Fi.
5️⃣ Let us handle the heavy lifting so you can focus on the first-day-of-school photos.
