LTD Hospitality Group is seeking experienced, driven professionals to join our leadership team at Staybridge Suites Charlottesville, located in Charlottesville, VA.

Chief Engineer - Lead our maintenance operations with a focus on safety, functionality, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
*3–5 years of hotel or property maintenance experience with a strong customer service focus
*Valid driver’s license; HVAC and pool certifications preferred
*Flexible availability with 24/7 on-call capability for emergencies

Director of Sales - Drive strategic sales initiatives, build client relationships, and lead revenue growth.

Requirements:
*3–5 years of hotel sales leadership experience across multiple market segments
*Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and market analysis
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; bachelor’s degree preferred
