With thirty plus years of working on items damaged by time, fire, floods and other types of insured losses we have a lot of experience. After treating tens of thousands of items, we are still surprised by the variety of unusual items we get to clean and

restore. I’m Some restoration items:
Paintings: dirty, flaking, torn
Engravings/lithographs/etchings: stained, foxing and glued down
Photographs: digital and actual restorations
Frames: replace missing ornamentation, stabilize loose ornamentation, gild and tone to match, gold leafing services including watergilding
Documents: torn and in need of stabilization and a safe method of storing or framing
Custom Picture Framing services: including shadowboxes and unusual conservation needs

Sooo, about last night! Both of our Art Specialists, Julie Beasley and Loren Hoffmann took home 1st and 3rd place in the Chesapeake Bay Art Association’s Spring Show at the Suffolk Cultural Arts Center! Congrats to both of them. Their work will be on display Now - June 24th!
