Better late than never! Happy 5 year anniversary to Jacob our lead estimator. Jacob started his career with ERS as a carpenter and then worked his way into the office as an estimator and most recently took on the role of Lead Estimator. Jacob handles all of out reconstruction estimates as well as is working to develop our 3 other estimators by reviewing and mentoring them.

Thank you for all the hard work and dedication Jacob. We are truly blessed to have you on our team.

So we just finished our quarterly meeting and set rocks for the new quarter. Reviewing rocks from last quarter reveled that some times we are not good predictors.

We bought a new facility and were in the process of a build out and move and I don’t think we took into as much consideration as we should have on how much this would disrupt everyone on the leadership team’s rocks.

Well time to look forward and get back on track!

How about we start a page for disaster restoration companies as well as companies that support the disaster restoration industry that choose to run on, or are interested in running on the EOS platform?

I may not be an EOS expert but I have see the value and the significant return on the investment in implementing EOS in to a disaster restoration service company.
