Patching requires onsite estimation (minimum charge $85)
Repad 3/8" pad $4 per square yard (minimum of 10 yards)
Repad 1/2" pad $5 per square yard (minimum of 10 yards)

Carpet Dyeing
Spot dye up to 12"x12" $85
Spot dye over 12"x12" requires onsite estimation
Full dye job must be estimated onsite and property must be vacant. Starting at $100

Water Removal & Equipment Rental
Standard wet vac $35 minimum charge
Standing water wet vac $50 per hour (which includes sewage wet vac)
Mildew treatment $35
Enzymes treatment $45 (suggested for sewage)
Fan rental $45 per day
Dehumidifier Rental $99 per day
