Planting a forest on our back 2 acres!

2026 is great, you can order as many trees as you want to your front door with . We ordered a bunch of maples and oaks to line the back part of our property.

Mulch bed remodel.

No idea if this is true or not but I heard it’s actually not good to mound up your mulch on your trees base. It encourages the roots to stay closer to the surface and causes water to retain close to the base of the tree making it weaker.

I used tree ring to redo this area completely. I added extra boxes I had laying around as “weed fabric” and covered with a generous layer of mulch. Hopefully I’m not picking too many weeds out this summer… I’ll let you know. As always thank you all for the recommendations I really do listen to them all 🙌🏼

Hydrangea Driveway UPDATE!

This fire pit is perfect for camping/ traveling. It weighs about 50 lbs and fits perfectly in the back of your truck bed.

making it easy this season for planter beds 🙌🏼

These are the 14” corten steel edging that gets installed with a hammer and a piece of wood. I was on the fence if I should make raised garden beds out of pressure treated wood. I decided not to because I feel like this looks way better, and A LOT quicker to install!

Any planting recommendations?

This blower is powerful!

I use this thing a lot more than I thought I would around the shop. It is way easier getting this out then setting up the air compressor and blowing dust off material to clean it off quickly.

It’s available in all tool battery sizes, for me I use dewalt! The packaging says the wind gets up to 200 mph and though I didn’t verify it I believe it!

Their shop is opening up in a couple of weeks and we are pumped to get these menu boards installed! They turned out amazing!
