Startup Smart is a business service which helps someone take a product or service idea and launch as a small business in Hampton Roads, Virginia. A full service package includes helping plan the nine function areas needed to launch a small business using planning tools such as assessment sessions, a resource guidebook, decision models and action plans. We can also help with specific tasks such as

your business structure, business license, tax planning, selecting professionals or business services or planning a grand opening only to name a few.
