We would like to provide an update regarding the current service disruption.

We have been informed by our provider that the outage is not isolated to our company and is affecting multiple service providers. Their team is aware of the issue and is actively working to restore services as quickly as possible.

As a result, our internet services are being impacted by this broader outage. We understand how important reliable connectivity is and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and share updates as soon as more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

To our friends on the Embarrass tower we have found out there is a power issue. Nine is busy trying to figure out what is going on. There is no estimated time of it being back on.

Utac and Buhl tower's should be up and running. If your internet did not come back please call the office so the techs can be notified. Hopefully the next time they decide to shut off the power they will inform us before hand so we can get a generator up there.

Buhl & Utac Internet:
It seems Utac is doing maintenance so they shut off power but didn't inform us this was going to happen. Because of the loss of power, clients who are connected to the Utac tower and Buhl tower will be without of internet until Utac turns the power back on. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this causes, and we thank you for your understanding.

The Embarrass tower was hit again by lightening about 10 this morning. We are working on repairs but unfortunately there is no time of repairs. We will keep you posted or call the office with questions.

Our tower in Embarrass was struck by lighten last night. Because of this some of you are without service. We are doing the best we can to get this tower back up, however we do not have a timeframe as to when that will be. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

Update..according to MN Power nothing until at least 5 or later for power.
Since our phones at the office are connected to the internet they are also down. The afternoon hours cell is 218-410-9824.

There is a Virginia power outage at our main tower which will cause a whole network outage. We have not heard anything from Virginia Public works as to a reason or an estimated repair time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
