👷 What’s your role at Boretti, Inc.: “I am a Safety, Health, and Environmental professional. My role focuses on client implementation, including safety training, program development, assessments, and helping clients strengthen their overall safety programs. “

✅ What motivated you to work in safety? “I stumbled into safety by helping injured employees’ complete workers’ compensation paperwork after workplace injuries. I started thinking more about prevention rather than simply reacting after someone was hurt. The experience showed me how much of a difference prevention, education, and good relationships can make.

🎯 If you could improve one workplace safety habit, what would it be? “I would improve the habit of speaking up. Too often, people notice a hazard but assume someone else will take care of it instead of saying something.”

🍿 Favorite snack during a long workday? “Freshly made popcorn with a little melted butter and a few dashes of sea salt.”

🏔️ Beach, mountains or desert? "Definitely the mountains. I enjoy the mountain peaks, trees, streams, rivers, lakes, and the peaceful seclusion that comes with being outdoors.”

🎵 Favorite music genre? “ ’80s and ’90s music!”

📌 What's one skill you'd love to learn? “I would love to learn how to sing. Whether everyone else would love for me to learn is another question.”

😊 Hidden talent or fun fact? “I’ve mastered the art of packing for an entire week using only a carry-on suitcase—including toiletries and a second pair of shoes.”

⭐ What's one item you can't work/live without? “Human interaction. Whether at home or at work, I enjoy being around and interacting with people.”
