Are you passionate about helping businesses navigate California employment laws and build stronger workplaces? Pacific Employers is looking for a Full-Service Human Resource Consultant to join our team!
Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour (DOE)
Responsibilities include:
• Provide HR guidance and support to employer clients.
• Assist with employee relations, compliance, and workplace investigations.
• Assist clients with implementing employee handbooks, workplace policies, and HR documentation.
• Conduct workplace trainings and help clients remain compliant with California employment laws.
