Tulare County Association of REALTORS® Latino Professionals Network Raises $7,500 for Family Services of Tulare County

VISALIA, CA — September 2025 — The Tulare County Association of REALTORS® (TCAOR) Latino Professionals Network (LPN) proudly announces the success of its inaugural Tulare County Association of REALTORS® Latino Professionals Network Michelada Festival, which brought together over 500 guests for a celebration of culture, community, and compassion — raising $7,500 for Family Services of Tulare County.

The sold-out event, held at The Woodlands in Visalia, featured over 35 vendors, including food, craft, and beer vendors, as well as Michelada competitors. Guests enjoyed lively entertainment from DJ Bliss’s own Davey D, followed by an electrifying performance by local favorite Mezcal. The Michelada competition brought friendly rivalry and incredible flavor, with Howie’s Micheladas sweeping both the People’s Choice and Judges’ Choice awards.

“The Latino Professional Network is proud to stand alongside Family Services of Tulare County in their mission to support local families. Through this fundraiser, our members & community came together to celebrate culture. We raised funds that will continue to support programs to provide safety, healing, and hope. We believe that when we all unite for a great cause, we can create long-lasting impacts”, said Maggie Sanchez, Chair.

“Our contribution reflects the LPN’s commitment to strengthening our community. Family Services of Tulare County gives families the chance to heal from violence and thrive, and we’re honored to support that mission”, said Diana Childres, Co-Chair.

Family Services of Tulare County provides vital programs that help strengthen families, promote safety, and support survivors of violence. Proceeds from Michelada Fest will directly benefit these essential community services.

TCAOR LPN extends heartfelt gratitude to all sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and attendees who made this inaugural event a success. Plans are already underway for Michelada Fest 2026.
