This wastes the managers’ time and can also be frustrating for the HOA boards, which must then pick the “best” contractor for an SOW they do not fully understand. We work with HOAs and their management teams to develop a DETAILED scope of work, budget and timeline as well as communication protocol, permitting requirements and additional project requirements to establish baseline expectations BEFORE a project goes to bid.
