HOA Board to develop a scope of work (SOW) for a construction project. Typically, we see managers reach out to two or three contractors they believe are qualified for bids. The result is often two or three bids returned with different quantities, different means and methods, different manufactures’ products and different pricing. This wastes the managers’ time and can also be frustrating for the HOA boards, which must then pick the “best” contractor for an SOW they do not fully understand. We work with HOAs and their management teams to develop a DETAILED scope of work, budget and timeline as well as communication protocol, permitting requirements and additional project requirements to establish baseline expectations BEFORE a project goes to bid.
