As a small business, our reputation means everything to us. Recently, we received two reviews that were not reflective of the experience we strive to provide, and while difficult to read, we take all feedback seriously.

Heavenly Sent Maid Services is not a large corporation with multiple departments and office staff. We are a small, family-operated business that works hard every day to balance scheduling, client communication, administrative tasks, and cleaning services ourselves. While we always give our best effort, there are times when managing every aspect of the business becomes overwhelming, and we recognize that there are areas where we need to improve.

Because our name and our reviews are incredibly important to us, we have made the decision to temporarily pause accepting new clients. This will allow us to focus our full attention on our current clients, improve our systems, strengthen communication, and ensure we are providing the level of service that Heavenly Sent Maid Services is known for.
