We don’t mind working Sunday when its needed. We had some set backs this week in the graphic / apparel shop. Tamara and I noticed customers were not getting taken care of and things were starting to unravel in the worst way.
We have trimmed the fat. We have went through countless emails and made phone calls to everyone we are aware of to right the wrongs and broken promises.
Tamara sat down Monday morning last week and basically taught herself how to run all the print equipment on top of still running the laser and embroidery side. I’m very proud of her for stepping up and taking this on to save our name from getting drug through the mud and at the very least getting the customers stuff to them even though it’s 2-3 weeks to late.
In the future please reach out to myself or Tamara for all graphic and apparel needs. And NO 4WI is definitely not closing the doors. We appreciate all of our customers past and present and we will always strive to be better.
