Just out here today enjoying our Saturday morning! ☀️

It was a long week! We all need to break and you probably do as well!

Jackie and Rowan went for a walk on this beautiful morning!

Jon and Melissa were in the kitchen making breakfast for the Baylor Mason Lodge #1235 guys who participated in the Lover's Leap Cleanup this morning with Keep Waco Beautiful! 🌸

Not many people know just how much Jon is involved in day in and day out. Let us broaden your picture of the man you see behind the desk crunching the numbers to help get you the best refund or help you out of a financial pickle.

He's often the man that's sitting with people going through some of the most troubling times. People come to the tax office thinking they are getting help with their taxes, but they often leave with so much more! ❤️

Jon is their listening ear, their counsel, comforting words, a warm embrace, and provides support in ways beyond just taxes.

His goal is for everyone to leave the office better off then how they came and he takes a holistic approach. It's always more than just about the taxes to Jon.

We are so thankful for him and for all that he does for our clients! Stefan and Jackie study under him so that they can carry the same spirit and compassion into the future as well!

We took Jon out to Salt Grass this evening for an early birthday celebration dinner! 🎂

Everyone enjoyed the food and even Jon's 4 month old grandson had fun! Melissa skillfully entertained him towards the end of dinner!

Jackie and Stefan were there too, they somehow missed being in any of the pictures 🤔

After dinner we had some family fun shooting pool and playing ping pong! 🎱🏓

It was nice to slow down and enjoy being in the moment with each other! We are truly blessed! ❤️

We are making two software changes at the end of this year! One that we've been using for over a decade and one for 5+ years!

One change is out of necessity, because the newest update to the software is not small business friendly. Small businesses are who we specialize in servicing. So our business model is no longer compatible with that software.

The other change is because the software is dated and there are better things out there that would also improve our workflow. This will create a new interface with our clients with the goal of improving document sharing and communication about the status of their tax return!

Stay tuned to us as we implement these changes!

From a social media standpoint we were pretty quiet in Q2, but we are going to get back at it again!

As we reflected yesterday on Q2 and the past month we took stock on a few things.

Q2 had a big life change for us! Jackie had her baby in April! ❤️ Jon and Melissa became grandparents! Stefan became an uncle! It's been a super happy Q2 because of this!

Jackie fully came back to work in Q2 with a fire in her! 🔥 She said guys, we gotta level up our workflow and organization. She has really stepped up in this area for us and results so far speak for themselves! There's more to come in this area!

We complete Q2 Reporting and Filing last month and we are ready to contiue to take Q3 head on!

We will be back on here next week with some more updates!!

Happy Easter Sunday, for He is Risen!! 🌅✝️

This is what made the cross be as significant as it is for us all! Many people have died for the sake of others and for God's purpose.

Only Jesus Christ our Lord has resurrected Himself to prove that The Messiah had came and fulfilled all of the prophecies and He left us with His promise that He would return again!!

Hallelujah!! Praise Our Lord Jesus!! ✝️
