We’re growing and looking for an experienced Operating Foreman to lead a crew and run an excavator on our underground utility and site work jobs (sewer, water, storm drainage).

✅ What we need:
• 5+ years operating an excavator
• Able to read plans & cut sheets
• Can shoot grades with a laser
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Strong leader who puts safety first

Quality Contractors is growing, and we’re looking for qualified CDL drivers with experience hauling aggregate in end dumps to join our team.

✔️ Local Work Only – Home every night
✔️ 40–50 hours per week
✔️ Pay 23-28hr depending on experience and title.
✔️ Health Insurance & Benefits

Requirements:
• Valid CDL

Quality Contractors is looking for a motivated Loader Operator to join our growing team. If you have experience working with wheel loaders and underground utilities, we want to hear from you.

Position Details:

Pay: $23–$26/hour (based on experience)

Full benefits package available after 60 days

40–50 hours per week

Work is local to the Waco area

Responsibilities:

Operate wheel loaders safely and efficiently

Assist with installation of water, sewer, and drainage systems

Work alongside pipe crews to support daily operations

Maintain equipment and job site safety standards

Requirements:

Experience with wheel loaders and pipe work

Valid Driver’s License

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Requirements:

5+ years as a Supervisor/Foreman

10+ years in underground utilities (water, sewer, storm)

Must know how to shoot & read grades

Strong leadership and production mindset

Pay: $24–$29/hr (DOE)

✔ Tools provided
✔ Health benefits available
