Our business networking group is dedicated to cultivating meaningful relationships, driving innovation, and facilitating professional development within our diverse community. On the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 4:30 to 5:30. We have been meeting for 4 years and would like to add more members to make the group more successful. The meetings are laid back and we converse about business an

d have speakers. Each person is allowed one category to represent, and only one person per category. There is not an attendance policy, but if you do not show up for an extended period of time then the group will take a vote to open your category.

🌟 Next up in our Member Spotlight Series is Janice Harder!

Janice proudly holds the title of “GSD” (Get Stuff Done) and Membership Chair, and if something needs to happen in TWNG… you can bet she’s involved in making it happen.

She stepped into leadership during a season of incredible growth, helping guide our group through an amazing 250% increase over the past two years. From streamlining the membership process to serving as a key liaison in bringing our website up to date (including launching our online application process), her impact is felt in every corner of our community.

Behind the scenes, she gathers guest information, processes applications, and keeps everything moving forward as we continue to grow.

Outside of TWNG, Janice serves as an Ambassador — or “Bearbassador” — for the Baylor Club, where she brings that same heart for connection and community.

Tim is the owner of Flying Cowboy Photography LLC - Waco Drone Services , bringing over 10 years of flight experience and specialized expertise in agricultural spraying, thermal inspections, mapping, and aerial imaging. From solar farms and cell towers to wind turbines and real estate, his work quite literally gives businesses a new perspective.

He also serves as Social Media Chair for TWNG, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes in our online community.

Monica has been part of Waco Networking Group since 2018 and played a key role in bringing WNG back to life after the pandemic. She helped restart our in-person meetings and was voted in as Co-President, helping guide the group into its next chapter. 🤍

With over a decade of experience in her field, Monica is known for her heart for education, trust, and being truly available to those she serves. Her people-first approach is felt by everyone who works with her. 🤩

Last week’s TWNG social took us out to Cactus Rose Ranch, where we got an incredible demo from Dave Welch. He truly has a way with horses unlike anything we’ve ever seen! 🐴

Not only does Cactus Rose Ranch offer riding lessons for people of all ages and abilities, but their nonprofit, Cactus Rose Equine Foundation also runs a Healing with Horses program, providing a path for healing and growth for individuals with special needs or PTSI.
