HeartBound Creations has unique custom-made items for everyone; shirts, signs, koozies, home decor, bags, tumblers, custom printed stickers, decals, glass ware, acrylic items and much more. We offer Laser engraving/cutting, DTF printing, Sublimation printing and vinyl designs. HeartBound Creations Policies

Please give me at least a 2 week turn around. And remember I can refuse to make anything at

any time. All orders must be picked up within 15 days once order is completed. Payment/Deposit is due BEFORE orders are started. Starting June 17th, 2023 we will charge an 8.25% sales tax since we are a registered business. Please make sure all details are specified. We are not responsible for wrong sizes (you are responsible for knowing what size you wear). All finalized designs will be made as is if no changes are communicated or needed. Once you have approved the design you are responsible for misspelled words. Custom order sales are final unless item arrives damaged upon shipping. Once item is received you have 5 days to look it over and make sure it’s ok. If an item is damaged, you MUST send a picture within 5 days to get an exchange. Customer must return damaged item and pay for shipping. Small flaws may be noticed, these are homemade items and not from a warehouse. Thank you! Being handmade, there may be some imperfections on your items, that just makes it more unique and one of a kind. Again, thank you for your business.
