Have A Little Faith

Have A Little Faith Just want to help people that need it. It's all I ever wanted to do. I have worked in the healthcare field for almost 15 years. how people feel so alone.

Started with elderly, to vulnerable adults, managing adult homes, assisted living, memory care to In-home health. I love what I do and couldn't imagine doing anything else. I now have the opportunity to work for myself and choose who I get to help. In recent Jobs I tend to fight for people that didn't/couldn't get much help from family, friends or the community. Honestly those individuals were my

best clients. An those are the people I would love to be there for. Doing this kind of work you get to hear a lot of story's. no one cares, its to much for my family, i don't want to burden anyone, they are to busy and sadly more. No one should ever have to feel that way. Other story's of people taken advantage of, abused, manipulated or having the feeling as if their dignity had been taken from them. Personally numerous men who have felt as if they were being treated as "one of the girls" and found it completely disrespectful. Women who had been intimidated because of time and the pressure of not being quick enough or embarrassed.. Some of my hoarders (i love). have gone through such nonsense. with workers or family throwing things away, stealing or doing what ever they please. Absolutely not me!! I will organize, Help put it away, I will always ask before throwing it away (garbage, tissues, do we recycle or not, do we re-use?). I work on one room at a time. Then next time another room, plus maintain the previous area. So on and so on, where eventually I would just come in and keep it clean or be finished with that client... That way its not overwhelming for them but also myself. I understand that change is hard, I am one that also has a problem with it. That is why I do one area at a time, so the individual can adjust and have time mentally to be okay with it. This is your home, not mine. I want you to be happy. lots of home workers tend to forget we are in someone elses home with everything they have and love. I want to be different and have found different ways of making clients feel comfortable! Just common sense things such as Respect, Listening, Compassion, Integrity, Morals, Understanding, trying to relate to their situation and not make it about myself. No one is the same and no one should be treated as such.

Are you looking for someone to help you or a loved one? Has had every door shut, told no or services are too expensive? Are you on your last hope, just praying there is someone up for the task? I am looking for certain clients to help, I do in-home care. With me you will find I want to do things different. Bottom line I run on compassion, dignity, mutual trust, understanding, respect and love. Whether it is a health aide or homemaking.
-Do you feel unsteady being by yourself for a shower? Maybe need help also getting dressed? Those fun teds stocking every morning!? Not strong enough or maybe it is getting to hard to do things alone. Maybe you have a loved one that you may be overwhelmed with tasks? Can’t get out for shopping, personal errands or even a break? I CAN HELP!!!!
-Do you need help with deep cleaning, clutter, being safe in your own home or not even recognizing your house anymore? It could be hoarding, just dirty from time or you have literally no time or unable to? Do you need someone to help once or twice a week with Laundry, shopping, daily cleaning, meal prep and/or cooking? I CAN HELP!
