Freshwater Education District is seeking a Transportation Assistant Position for the 26-27 school year at its Academy site in Wadena, MN. This position is part-time, approximately 120 hours per year. The wage range is $23.98-27.36 per hour.

Requirements:
*Must have a valid MN Driver's License
*Pass a background check
*Obtain Type III Driving Certificate provided by Freshwater Ed District.

Freshwater Education District is seeking a full-time ASL Interpreter for the 2026-2027 school year, 181days.

Responsibilities include: The Educational Interpreter provides communication access by interpreting and transliterating between spoken language and ASL/Signed English to support the student's meaningful participation in classroom and school activities.
The Interpreter collaborates with teachers, DHH staff, parents, and other members of the education team to support the student's educational program and IEP.

The salary range is $40,091.20 - $57,858.40 annually.

Duties may include assisting and transporting students, data collection, and working in a team setting. Experience working with children with behavioral needs and an Associate Degree or passing the Para Educator test is preferred. This position is Monday-Friday and follows the school calendar.
