We're Hiring!
We are seeking a Design and Support Specialist to provide technical design support, assist with internal operations, and support our outside sales team. This is a critical hybrid role for someone who thrives on detail, communication, and technical proficiency in AV systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. System Design & Quoting
Intake project details from customers, sales reps, and documentation and convert them into actionable system designs
Apply strong knowledge of signal flow, audio and video system components, and installation best practices
Create clean, professional AV system designs and customer-facing quotes using products from our line card
Proficiency with design tools (EASE, Biamp Tesira, CAD, Vizio etc.) is highly desirable
2. Inside Sales & Administrative Support
Assist inside staff with data entry and basic administrative tasks
Monitor and respond to general email inquiries
Answer phones and provide backup support for basic warehouse operations as needed
3. Outside Sales Team Support
Assist the outside sales team with pricing, new dealer paperwork, and other general support items
Prepare product demos for the outside sales team, including staging, wiring, testing and training.
Demo intake support: When product demos are returned to the warehouse, ensure all components are present and working
Requirements
Proven experience designing and deploying professional AV systems
Strong understanding of audio and video signal flow and system integration
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with quoting tools and design software (EASE a plus)
