This summer, we had the privilege of working closely with this great group of Engineering/IT interns!

Last Friday, they had the opportunity to present the different projects, products, and areas they worked on throughout the summer alongside their mentors. Their presentations were a great way to showcase everything they learned and accomplished during their internships. This week marked the conclusion of their internship with ComDel Innovation, and we wish each of them the very best in their future endeavors!

Today was the last day of interning for Curtis Tollin and Eli Pederson from Alexandria Technical & Community College.

Curtis and Eli spent the summer gaining hands on experience in Precision Tooling under the supervision of Josh Hasbargen, working alongside our employees in the mold shop. Thank you for spending the summer with us and all the best this school year!

We are pleased to announce that Rhiannon M**f has accepted the position of Production Supervisor.

Rhiannon began her career with us as a Production Technician before advancing to the roles of Cell Coordinator and MMO. She later transitioned into the Production Team Lead position. Her experience and understanding of our production operations make her an excellent fit for this role.

On July 21, CDI Services held its Annual Shareholders Meeting at the Wahpeton Event Center. Additional meetings were also held on the evenings of July 21 and July 22 at our Main Building for employees working night shifts.

These annual meetings provide employees with an update on our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), production performance, financial, and an overview of the company's progress over the past year.

A special highlight of the meetings was recognizing the dedication and commitment of our employees who reached significant service milestones. We recognized our employees celebrating 5, 10, 15, 25, 30, 35, and 45 years of service with CDI Services. Their hard work, and contributions have played an important role in our continued success, and we sincerely thank each of them and all of the employees for their commitment to our company.
