Sewage backups in high rises are considered a category 3 water event, which means the cleanup involves more than a mop and a fan. Our newest blog post breaks down exactly what to do in the first two hours, including who to call, what to document, and what not to touch.

Whether you own a unit or sit on an HOA board, it is worth a few minutes to read before an emergency, not during one 👉 https://premhi.com/blog/high-rise-sewage-backup-your-first-two-hour-action-plan/

This entryway took on real water damage. Staining and buildup had spread across the flooring by the time our team got started. The affected flooring was removed, the space was fully dried out, and new tile went in from the front door through to the living area.

The result is a clean, refreshed entry that feels brand new. From entry to living area, the flooring that once sustained water damage is now fully restored.

Dealing with water damage of your own? Call us at 📲 808-500-5724.

Try this simple project this week: build a basic emergency kit for your home. Flashlight, batteries, first aid supplies, drinking water, and copies of important documents are the essentials most families forget until they actually need them.

Keep it somewhere everyone in the household knows how to find, and take a look at it every few months to replace anything expired or is low.

Smoke damage often extends beyond the fire itself. Soot particles are small enough to travel through wall cavities and air systems, settling into rooms that never saw a flame.

Soot is also acidic, so it can stain, corrode, and etch surfaces the longer it sits untreated. Cleaning it with household products can actually push residue deeper or spread particles into the air, which is why professional removal matters from the start.

Our team focuses on residue removal, odor control, and air quality to fully address the damage. Call us at 📲 808-500-5724.

Reviews like this one make our whole team proud. 🙏

Thank you, Tiffany, for sharing your experience after an AC leak in your home. Niko, Kalani, and Bill brought honesty, clear communication, and real attention to detail from day one, and our drywall crew made sure the repaired areas looked untouched by the time they finished. This is exactly the kind of service we aim for on every job. 🤙
