RPM can handle any self-audit policy or even fixed payment policy with virtually any carrier, given the clients’ consent. Because of our adaptability, many carriers are opting to refer or even REQUIRE RPM to be the go-between for clients to pay their premiums if they are using a payroll provider and want paygo. For this reason, our referrals come from insurance companies, payroll companies and agents that are looking for a quality service provider that can integrate any payroll company with any carrier to achieve the best needs for the client. Our fees are very reasonable and our services include audit review and advocacy, monitoring split mods, ARDS, exemptions and addition of class codes or departments. We are on time and accurate. We are able to help with certified payrolls, and understand bonuses, per diems, overtime, severance pay and understand the calculation methods. General liability payments may also be handled through our system as well. In fact, some customers use RPM to pay all of their commercial insurance.
