🍁 Maple Sugaring Season Update! 🍁

It's been a little while since we’ve shared an update, but we’re back and excited to give you a peek into the magic of maple sugaring this season!

The sap is flowing, and the sweet smell of maple syrup is filling the air.

The guys got a full body work out while tapping due to all the snow we got this year! ❄️

As always spring in VT has been strange due to the 2 weeks of Florida weather we had, but this week the syrup lightened up, and the canning queens have captured the liquid gold!

Sugaring season is always a lot of hard work, learning, late nights, early mornings and of course, sweet,sweet rewards! 🥞🍁

You can find our Syrup at the Warren Store and Kenyon's Variety Store if you’re in the Mad River Valley
But as always reach out to a Vasseur and we can meet up for a delivery, or ship it to you directly.

Robert Leon “Bob” Vasseur, 91, died on March 18, 2024, peacefully in the comfort of his family. A celebration of his life will be held May 11 in Fayston.
