The signs that a loved one could use more support are often quiet ones. They tend to show up in the small things first. These are a few changes and behaviors families often tell us they noticed too late:

🔹 Pulling back from friends, hobbies, or regular phone calls
🔹 Skipping meals or losing interest in cooking
🔹 New unsteadiness on stairs or getting up from a chair
🔹 Slipping grooming habits, or wearing the same clothes for days
