Wondering when it’s time to reach out to your doula? Here are key signs that labor is starting and when to give us a call!

🔹 Regular Contractions – If contractions are coming consistently (every 5-10 minutes) and growing stronger, it may be time!

🔹 Water Breaks – A gush or steady trickle of fluid could mean your amniotic sac has ruptured—time to check in.

🔹 Lower Back Pain & Cramping – Intense lower back discomfort that doesn’t go away could signal early labor.

🔹 Intuition – If you feel like you need extra support, trust your instincts! Doulas provide reassurance at any stage.

🌟 When to Call: Contact your doula as soon as you notice early labor signs. Even if it’s not time to head to your birthing location, we can offer guidance, comfort measures, and emotional support.
