Proven Project Manager offers Project Management Professional (PMP) certification training at times and schedules that work for busy professionals. Instead of boring you to death in endless classes, our approach leverages your current project management knowledge and experience. Depending on which track you sign up for, you will be allotted 35 - 75 hours of training time. We will tell you what mat
erial you need to read and thoroughly understand. You will read the material as an assignment on your own time. Should you run into trouble, you can use your allotted hours to work with a PMP certified instructor that will help you understand topics you are having difficulties with, be evaluated on how well you understand the material and be directed on what to study next. The training program is customized for you based on a thorough evaluation by a PMP certified instructor and will focus on the areas that you need help with. We give our students a roadmap for taking the PMP exam based on an initial evaluation. We then meet our students on their own schedule at a time of their choosing and for the duration they need help with, online, in one-on-one meetings. This no-distractions, all-focus approach to training is the quickest, most effective way to get you trained. No other program offers this level of support. It goes further than just training you on PM topics...it binds you to a (realistic) schedule that you agree with. It doesn't just make sure your concepts are clear, it makes sure that you take the PMP exam and pass it. Contrary to what you might think, you don’t have to wear yourself thin studying for the PMP. You can study in small consistent bursts and get results without disrupting your busy schedule or adding to your stress. Our sole purpose is to help you beat this exam, without experiencing burn out. We accomplish this by helping you tackle real questions you’d find on the exam- a drastic improvement upon antiquated models of prep that lean too heavily on memorization. We want you to spend less time on prep and more time on the things that matter most to you. You have a life outside of work and we want you to keep it that way.
