Some say success is measured by endlessly striving.

I say true success is found in relationships...

And becoming who we were born to be...

With purpose lighting the way.

I launched J.S. Simpson & Associates with a dream two and a half years ago.

A dream to help people escape relentlessly striving and heal from the trauma it creates.

Some questioned why I would walk away from a great career—a path paved with comfort - but for me, the answer was clear: people and purpose matter more.

I wasn’t living or working as the person I was created to be.

But as I embarked on the new journey, I got lost.

I surrounded myself with those focused on chasing numbers rather than serving people.

Without realizing it, I’d walked from one grind straight into another.

The people I turned to to help grow my new business lacked the depth and selflessness needed to truly serve others.

It became the same hollow drive I had experienced in my old career.

Those who chase achievement for its own sake cannot truly serve others, which goes against everything I believe in.

After nearly six intense months of reflection and hard work, we’re back on course—and doing things differently.

I have reclaimed my path with the help of the incredible Salt Collective team: Holly Hepp, Angel Hepp, and Dana Martin.

We’re building something that stands on purpose, authenticity, influence, and encouragement.

This isn’t just about grinding for success.

It’s about creating a ripple effect that reaches families, communities, workplaces, and beyond—helping all of us become the people we were born to be.

Our new website is live, featuring a 3-minute video marking my journey's turning point.

I’m sharing it with you as we prepare for the November 15th launch of my book Maverick Unleashed: Courageously Fulfilling the Life and Work You Were Uniquely Made For.
