We’re dang proud to share our recent milestone of 15 years in business! 🙌🏼

It all began in the basement of a home as a carpet cleaning business with just 2 employees. As a result of hard work, long hours and a passion for learning, we soon became a full service restoration and remodeling company. With the winning combination of excellent employee retention and superior customer satisfaction, it’s no surprise that for multiple years in a row we’ve been recognized as an industry top performer in the DMV area. 🥇

We had a blast this past weekend celebrating with staff and their families as we watched the Spire City Ghosthounds win their last home game of the season! ⚾️🌭🍻

We’re so excited to support this event, and the amazing work performed by Habitat for Humanity of Frederick County!

Come join us on Saturday, August 27th at the Walkersville Volunteer Fire Company Grounds from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Fun for the whole family!

If you want to eat crabs at the event, you have to pre-order them at the link below by THIS FRIDAY (8/19). No crabs are available for sale the day of the event, but there is a super delicious bbq food truck called The Moose Pit, the Libertytown Lions Club will have their pizza/hotdog truck like at the carnival, and The Sprinkled Cow will be there with soft serve ice cream. There’s also 2 live bands playing, yard games, a face painter, beer, seltzer and non-alcoholic drinks. Basically, it’s a REALLY fun time!

As a Contents Technician you will be an integral component of the Contents Department in helping our clients along the path of restoration. You will load/unload, pack, and stage residential items. By moving their personal items in an efficient and timely manner, you will help to return the client’s home to a safe, sanitary and secure condition. This position requires a hard-working and professional person who is focused on client satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

- Pack client belongings neatly and according to insurance standards.

- Prep items for transport (furniture, household items, appliances, etc.).

- Load items into moving truck to be transported.

- Unload items from moving truck into destination point.

- Cleaning at the loading site.

- Thoroughly clean items damaged from fire/smoke/flood/mold

- Take picture and inventory of items being moved and cataloged into storage

Qualifications:

- Ability to take direction and complete tasks in a timely manner

- Motivated and willing to learn

- Previous experience preferred, but not required

Requirements:

All positions require a satisfactory background check, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and potential drug testing. Employees work in both indoor and outdoor settings, and in various types of weather conditions.

Everyone had a fantastic time at our company employee appreciation dinner last night! A few even walked away with some really stellar gifts from the white elephant exchange, however most unfortunately got stuck with a crappy one… at least they got a delicious meal beforehand 😉. Thanks to Brewer’s Alley for their amazing spread and service, as always!

Despite the current forecast, our leadership team is really enjoying their time in (*not always sunny ☔️😒) Jacksonville FL, attending the annual Contractor Connection Top Performer Symposium… and finally receiving formal recognition for being a top performer the last 2 years in a row 🏆🏆. Way to go team SceneClean! 🍻🙌🏼

What’s that reflective object in our front office window you ask? Oh, that’s just the Performance Excellence Award we recently received for our consistently high ratings, and for being the top contractor in the tri-state area (PA/MD/DE) over the past year 💁‍♂️💁‍♀️
